Tempered Glass(Toughened Glass), Have Valid CE and SGCC Certificate.
Our patterned glass is produced from high-quality sheets sourced from leading manufacturers. The glass features beautiful, well-defined patterns with a clean, textured finish. It is free from stones and bubbles, ensuring smooth surface quality and excellent light transmission.
Small samples are available to help you confirm the pattern before ordering.

Tempered glass quality goes beyond visible details like edgework, drilling and notches. It also depends on the grade of raw glass and flatness after tempering.
Raw glass sheets: Automotive, standard, ordinary. Automotive grade is the highest — free of bubbles and stones, which helps prevent spontaneous breakage. Although it costs 20–30% more than standard grade, we always source automotive grade from leading manufacturers. It’s how we protect your finished products and your brand image.
Tempered curvature: EN12150 and ANSI Z97.1 allow up to 3mm bowing per meter. We set our limit at 1.5mm. Flatter glass means easier hardware installation and a more precise fit for glass doors.
Particle counts reveal true tempering quality — but testing means breaking glass. Many suppliers skip it to cut costs. We test rigorously. EN12150 & EN14428 require minimum 40 particles. Too few? Fails standard. Too many? Risk of self-breakage rises. Our controlled range: 50–90 particles.

Tempered curvature not exceed 1.5mm within 1000mm

45-110 Particles per 50×50 mm
Plywood crate packaging is a unique and efficient way to pack and protect tempered shower glass. It is a cost-effective solution to safely transport items while ensuring they remain undamaged during transit. Our plywood crates are thick enough to withstand rigors of shipping.
